Health Examinations
Every term our sponsored children undergo a health examination, were we check their height and weight to make sure they are growing and developing as they should. Through this, we can easily discover which children we need to give nutritional supplement to. The examination also includes de-worming, delousing and once a year they do an eye-checkup.
CHAP
Child Health Awareness Program (CHAP) is a program where we, in a simple way, can teach the children about hygiene, tooth health, how to prevent malaria, wounds & burns as well as dehydration and diarrhea.
Surgeries
IndianChildren also sponsors surgeries for children with special needs. It can for example be cleft palate or heart surgery.
VACCINATIONS
You can give a child a vaccination.
